What do you say in Spanish after arriving at the hotel reception desk.

First of all you need to make it clear who you are and how long your staying for at the hotel.

Example:-

Hello, we have a reservation for 2 weeks in the name of Mr & Mrs J Smith.

 

Hola, tenemos una reserva por dos semanas a nombre del señor y la señora J Smith

 

Some useful words: recepción = reception, llaves = keys, puerta = door, habitación = bedroom, aseos = toilets, piso / planta = floor, ascensor = lift, izquierda = left, derecha = right, gira = turn, plancha = iron, tabla de plancha = ironing table, aire acondiconado = air conditioning, almohada = pillow, toallas = towels, and much more vocabulary.
